Quick Fixes for App Loading & Performance Issues

If you're experiencing freezing, crashes, endless loading screens, or unusual behavior while using our app, these basic troubleshooting steps often resolve the issue without needing to adjust any in-app settings.

1. Force Close and Relaunch the App

Sometimes an app gets stuck in a temporary loop. Fully closing it background operations helps give it a clean restart.

  • iOS (iPhone/iPad): Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-click the Home button) to open the App Switcher. Swipe up on the app preview card to close it.

  • Android: Open your recent apps list (swipe up from the bottom and hold, or tap the recent apps button) and swipe the app off the screen.

Relaunch the app to see if the issue persists.

2. Check Your Internet Connection

Loading stalls and erratic behavior are frequently caused by weak, fluctuating, or interrupted network connections.

  • Toggle Wi-Fi/Cellular Data: Try turning Wi-Fi off and back on, or switch from Wi-Fi to Cellular Data (or vice versa) to see if performance improves.

  • Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds and turn it back off to refresh your device's network connections.

3. Restart Your Device

Restarting your phone or tablet clears out temporary system files, frees up system RAM, and resets background connections that might be interfering with app performance.

  • iOS / Android: Power down your device completely, wait about 30 seconds, and turn it back on.

4. Check for App Updates

Running an outdated version of the app can cause compatibility problems or leave known bugs unpatched.

  • iOS: Open the App Store, tap your profile icon at the top right, and scroll down to check for pending updates.

  • Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon at the top right, go to Manage apps & device, and check under Updates available.
