Saving locations to My Places allows you to quickly access your most frequent destinations—like street addresses, home, work, or custom locations—directly from the app home screen.
Note: My Places is used for specific street addresses and custom locations. Saving locations directly to a Collection is managed separately and applies only to Points of Interest (like businesses and landmarks).
How to Save an Address or Custom Location
Search or Select an Address: Input a street address or tap a location pin on the map (e.g., 4235 Redwood Ave).
Tap Save Place: On the location detail card at the bottom of your screen, tap the Bookmark icon (🔖 Save Place) button.
Customize Your Label & Address:
Add a label: Give your saved place a custom name (e.g., 4235 Redwood Ave, Gym, or Mom's House).
Address: Verify or update the physical street address field.
Tap Save: Tap the green Save button to store the location under your saved places.
How to Access or Edit Your Saved Places
Go to the main "Let's explore!" screen.
Look under the My Places header to view your saved locations (such as Home, Work, or custom saved addresses).
Tap any saved place to quickly generate directions or view it on the map.
To modify or delete your saved locations, go to Settings > Edit saved places.
