How to Report a Listing Error
- Open the business listing you would like to update.
- On the left-hand panel, scroll to the bottom of the listing details.
- Locate the "See a problem?" section. Click "Let us know".
- Select the option that best describes you:
- Business Representative – if you are reporting an issue for a business you own, manage, or represent.
- Regular User – if you are a customer, visitor, or community member reporting an error you noticed.
- No account is needed, but a phone number or email will be asked to verify.
Complete the reporting form with the correct information and submit your request.
What Can Be Reported?
You can report issues such as:
- Incorrect business name
- Wrong address
- Incorrect phone number
- Duplicate business listings
- Outdated website information
- Incorrect hours of operation
- Other inaccurate listing details
