I don’t see the MapQuest icon on my Dash
- Make sure your phone is running iOS 12 or later.
- Make sure you have upgraded to MapQuest version 6.0.23 or later.

On CarPlay I get a message that I need to enable location services.
We need to be able to access your location in order for CarPlay to function. When it is safe, please go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services, select MapQuest and choose “While Using the App”.
MapQuest isn’t talking to me / no voice
My favorite places aren’t showing up on the dash screen

If you have the recents or favorites page open, press < back to close the page and then open it again.

If your recents and favorites still don’t show up, disconnect and reconnect to CarPlay.
If you’re still having problems, please contact help@mapquest.com. - Remember, you can always start the route on your phone instead. It will automatically appear on the CarPlay screen.
