The MapQuest app processes information every time you route, and saving that data can sometimes cause slow-downs and loading issues. So if that's the case, we recommend closing your app and trying again.
To completely close your app:
- Double-tap the home button on your iPhone or iPad
- Swipe up to close MapQuest
- Re-open the app
