If your business is listed on MapQuest, you may be wondering how to claim it or make updates.
At this time, business listings cannot be claimed or managed directly through MapQuest. To claim your listing and manage your business information, you must subscribe to Yext, our trusted business listings partner.
A Yext subscription allows you to claim your business listing and keep your information accurate across MapQuest and other supported platforms.
What can I do with a Yext subscription?
Once you've claimed your listing through Yext, you can:
- Claim and manage your business listing.
- Update your business information at any time. (Most changes are reflected on MapQuest within a few hours.)
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Sync your business information with your social media business page(s).
- Enhance your listing with additional content, including:
- Menus
- Products and Services
- Appointment Calendars
- Promotions
- Business Hours
- Staff Bios
- Photos
Note: MapQuest does not offer a direct listing claim process. A Yext subscription is currently the only way to claim and manage your business listing on MapQuest.
How do I claim my listing through Yext?
- Click the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the MapQuest.com page.
- On the left side panel, scroll to the bottom to find Claim your listing.
- Follow Yext's guided process to claim your business listing.
- Once your listing is claimed, you can begin managing your business information through your Yext account.
