The MapQuest app processes information every time you route, and saving that data can sometimes cause slow-downs and loading issues. So if that's the case, we recommend closing your app and trying again.
To completely close your app:
iOS
- Please swipe up from the bottom of your screen and pause/hold.
- Then you will be presented with the apps running in the background.
- Please find MapQuest and swipe up to completely close the app.
Android
- Swipe Navigation: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold briefly to see your recent apps.
- Button Navigation: Tap the Square or Three Vertical Lines icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Action: Swipe the app card up or to the side (depending on your model) to close it. Tap Clear All or Close All to shut down everything at once
That should help, but if it doesn't, please restart your phone and try again!
