You can now select which language to use for driving directions and other text on MapQuest.com. MapQuest currently offers Danish, German, American English, British English, Canadian English, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, Canadian French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese, and Swedish.
- To change your language preference, hover over the Preferences link, and a drop-down menu will appear.*
- From the Preferences menu, hover over the Languages link. Another drop-down will appear listing all available languages supported my MapQuest.com.
- Click the language you would like to use as your default language.
Most text on MapQuest.com, including driving directions, is now displayed in your selected language. The flag next to your selected language changes to represent the language you selected.
